Paige Haber is a bioregional herbalist based in Minneapolis. With a background in health and wellness, she finds joy crafting self-care in the kitchen. Currently enrolled in the East/West Bodywork program at Centerpoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy school, her interest combines incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Herbalism.
Megan Rae Mastel is an herbalist, writer, permaculture designer & educator, medicine maker and loving earth steward. She centers plants as teachers in her ever-evolving creative practice with regenerative business, storytelling, art, community gatherings and Earth reconnection. Megan is the co-founder and facilitator of Open Hearth Permaculture Education, an ecological landscape designer with Land by Hand and creator of a bioregional herbal CSA.
Paige and Megan met each other in Green Wisdom School of Natural and Botanical Medicine Intermediate Field Course and share a passion in embracing seasonal shifts with the support of herbal allies.
