Rachel Lyn Durga is an advocate for self-empowerment by way of self-education and aligning with the rhythms of nature and our universe. She holds a B.A. in Honors Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota where she began adopting alternative and comprehensive wellness at the Center for Spirituality and Healing. She is an integrative bodyworker and intuitive mystic healer with a strong focus on Ayurvedic self-love rituals and energy medicine. Her journey has brought her to an Ayurvedic healing-residency at Sivananda Ashram as well as healing sessions in Joshua Tree, California for spiritual gatherings and festivals.
As an avid student of life, Rachel spends her time with the creative process by way of artistic experiences, heart-opening nature, the beauty of world travel, two sweetheart dogs and the like-minded souls who she is honored to meet on her path.
The treatments she offers are uniquely customized for the client's composition to balance energy of the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of being. She also offers education at the Learning Bar at Spot Spa Uptown (see past event Ayurveda Self-Care Ritual (Dinacharya) workshop).
Her Philosophy: Spiritual evolution is essential for whole-being wellness. There are many paths to our own truth. She believes self-care rituals are a direct route to self-love and surrender to the divine within.
