*All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Gratuities for services are always appreciated. The services you book are reserved for you personally. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, Spot requires a minimum of 24 Hours notice in order to reach out to clients on our waiting list. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service fee. Same-Day Bookings (appointments reserved on the same day of the service) are also subject to this cancellation policy. Cancellation Fees will be applied to the credit card used to book appointments. Our team works together to provide full schedules and practitioners who are dedicated to their clients, and we thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
