Nell is the founder of Spot Spas, creator of Nell’s Remedies, and the visionary behind a new venture, Watershed. She received her training at Horst Aveda Spa and Kabuki Springs and has been recognized for achieving the highest level of mastery within the Minnesota spa industry. A thought leader, Nell has earned many accolades and a reputation for professional integrity based upon high standards. Her innovative practices and gift for creating healing spaces continue to build both a community and a market for spa services. 

Nell's passion for bodywork comes through in her specialty: Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage. Her connection to the Islands and the teaching of Huna comes through in every massage she gives. With 25 years experience, Nell draws from her studies in Chi Qiong, Prenatal Craniosacral, Myofacial Release, Ashiatsu, Bamboossage, Reflexology, and Doula work.  Nell loves to empower and nurture her clients through an authentic approach of recognizing each person as an individual.
