COVID 19 RESPONSE

Dearest Friends, Clients, + Guests:

Amid the Global COVID-19 concerns, we are Functioning In The Now. Right now we pause.  We are all in this together: Tomorrow will come, but Now is all we have. As information changes moment to moment, we will follow the appropriate courses of action.

We are no longer taking appointments, and we know that is the best decision. Last night, our staff had a virtual meeting and it is so obvious how much our team carefully considers each client's needs. Our team feels this loss of connection deeply, and we would love to hear from you at any time! We plan to get online and begin healing the community, we will miss each of you.  (Insert ugly cry face here). If you have a person or organization in need and think Spot Spa can assist in any way, please let us know. 


Many of you have so sweetly reached out to see what you can do to help; we’ve attached the link to Gift Certificates below if you are inclined to pre-pay for a service now.

Our Leadership team is working remotely; we have forwarded all phone calls to Nell, our Founder, and to Beth, our Spa Manager. We have our two Front House Leads, Emily and Kyle, assisting with processing Gift Cards and product purchases. If you have any product needs, we are happy to provide delivery within 5 miles of either Spot Spa location. If you live outside of the 5 mile radius, let’s work together to figure out how to get your products to you. Please call us at 612-331-4182 to arrange.
