Having a long career in dance and gymnastics gives Heidi an intuitive edge while seamlessly incorporating effective techniques, leaving all of her clients nurtured and healed. Heidi has rounded her practice by mastering Watsu and Shiatsu having extensive training at Harbin Hot Springs. Heidi is trained in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, watsu, ashiatsu.
